When purchasing a new refuse collection vehicle, our customer Mohler Umweltservice Transporte considered what additional value it could offer its customers in terms of collection/emptying?

Thanks to the expert advice of our partner Contena-Ochsner AG, the decision was made in favour of a Volvo refuse collection vehicle with a Stummer wash combination body. This now enables Mohler to carry out the collection of organic or residual waste and the cleaning of the chipped containers in a single operation with just one vehicle – a smart, environmentally friendly and efficient solution!

But that's not all

So that this additional service can also be offered on the market and managed neatly internally, we have set up a wash subscription management system in KOCO-online together with the customer. This now enables Mohler to offer its customers washing subscriptions and to keep track of the washing processes and customer credits at all times.

Thanks to the subscription management directly in KOCO-online, Mohler not only has a transparent overview of the entire washing and weighing process, but it also enables him to proactively approach his customers before their remaining credits are used up. This ensures satisfied customers and long-term customer loyalty.
